About the Author

Welkin Siskin is a poet, writer and translator. He was born in Bhutan. He lives in Seattle, WA. He is a poet of various natures, who likes to pen down poetry on a variety of themes. He has been writing poetry since eighth grade. Poetry for him is the healing ointment of a heart destitute of vision.

Siskin believes that poetry is the play of words, the change of verbs into nouns; the game of words surging through the heart’s inside, and a reflection of what the society goes through.

His poetry signifies the yearning for freedom, love, life, and the expression of the nature, its beauty, its infinity and its endlessness.
