Thank you on behalf of the International chapter of P.O.E.T. ~ People of Extraordinary Talent. Your love and support to the P.O.E.T. organization has
made it possible for us to touch the lives of so many by turning our words into
actions, through our visits to the juvenile detention centers, homeless shelters,
mentoring teens at high schools, serving thanksgiving dinner to teens in the
inner city, raising money to help send a
high school student over seas to play basketball to represent our country,
raising money to help a teen grant a wish who’s battling cancer , to raising
money to provide a scholarship to a graduating seniors at Urban prep high school
on behalf of the Tyrone Hawthorne Cancer scholarship foundation.
We can all take pride in that achievement, and know
that we have played an important part in helping to provide vital programs and
services to our youth and community, with the themes of self empowerment, self
love, self respect, and self efficiency.
With your support, we have continued to grow, with
members in 3 countries and 11
states. Our goal is to develop important health and human services, under
the umbrella of P.O.E.T. – youth
programs, family counseling, health care and rehabilitation, service for
seniors, and many more vital programs that help our community. These are services that help our friends,
neighbors, coworkers, and family members. We live by our motto, changing the
world, one heart, one mind, one verse at a time

thank you for caring. You are helping to build a better, stronger community for
all of us.
